By accessing or using the Skin Edit platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
Skin Edit provides a digital platform connecting clients with aesthetic skincare clinics. Features include personalized skincare routines, a loyalty rewards program, appointment booking, an online shop, and progress tracking tools.
You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties.

Appointment requests submitted through the Service are subject to confirmation by the clinic.Skin Edit is not responsible for missed, cancelled, or rescheduled appointments. Any disputes regarding services provided by clinics should be resolved directly with the clinic.
All purchases made through the Service are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. All sales are final unless stated otherwise by the applicable clinic or product listing. Loyalty point credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
The Glow Perks loyalty program allows clients to earn and redeem points. Points have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and may expire or be modified at the discretion of the participating clinic.Skin Edit reserves the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty program at any time.
Clinics subscribing to Skin Edit agree to provide accurate business information and to use the platform solely for legitimate business purposes. Subscription fees are billed as described in the chosen plan. Clinics are responsible for the accuracy of information they publish to clients through the Service.
All content, design, code, and branding on the Skin Edit platform is the property of Skin Edit or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Skin Edit does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components. Skincare recommendations provided through the platform are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Skin Edit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
